It's a good day

Yes indeed, it is a good day. His Lordship is on his way home. Whoopee! I am off dog duty. Not that I don't love my dogs but they are work and I have to keep the door open to my office in case they need to go out. Now I will probably get more words done in less time.

Is that selfish on my part? I hope not because I do love them but sometimes they can be a real challenge...like yesterday. We had unusual weather for SW Florida I rained the whole live long day. Jack and Blondi do not like rain which made it a challenge to get them outside to take care of business. Even bribery with a doggie treat didn't work. They also missed their walks. They resent being soggy doggies.

They must have had high hopes that the rain had stopped because every time I sat at the computer within a few minutes I would be nudged with a cold wet nose on the back of my upper arm. We would get to the lanai and all interest in going out to the dog yard ceased. His Lordship is so much better at handling this situation.

Wait and see. He will hit the county line and the sun will come out and he will want to know what the problem was? Jeesh! is all I can say.
