It started on Thanksgiving!

I love the Christmas Season but there are limits. For one thing the onset is too early. Come on, you have to admit that seeing Christmas trees on display and hearing Christmas music in the stores at Halloween is pushing the envelope. Then, on Thanksgiving morning,  the continuous loop of Christmas songs starts on the radio.

While sipping my morning coffee with the radio on certain facts are being constantly drummed into my brain:

1) It is beginning to look a lot like Christmas. Duh...since October.

2) Frosty was a snow man.

3) Rudolph had a red nose.

4) Like any kid with a drum, it can become annoying after constant repetition.

5) Ukrainians like bells.

Even though I hear these songs repeated over...and over...and over I still love the Christmas season. I simply refuse to participate until Dec. 10th.  So now I push up my sleeves and get into the swing of things. But first I have to go turn off the radio because I am not dreaming of a white Christmas.
