Because of many trips together each summer and any other time we can get away, my friend, Gwyn Ramsey and I have been dubbed...you guessed it...Thelma and Louise. However, we never tell which one is who or whom or whoever or whomever.
We leave tomorrow morning and head for Clinton, S. Carolina. We LOVE to stop there and have dinner at the Blue Ocean. They have the very best sea scallops that we have ever tasted and we always look forward to going there for dinner.
That means that tomorrow we really have to push it when we are in travel mode. But, what else is new. When we have a mission, we have a mission.
I hope to keep everybody updated on what we are doing and ah, maybe, some of the adventures we have along the way. From Clinton we are going to Big Stone Gap, VA. We have wonderful friends in that area and look forward to spending time with them.
There is so much history in that area that it is difficult to absorb all of it but we are going to give it our best.
So once again we are on the road, kicking but and taking names... well some names but we cannot tell everything that happens on the road.
